Enjoyable Stay

Our Stay at the hotel was great. The breakfast had an array of dishes. The staff at the restaurant were great. We liked our room. Room service was done on time. High Tea was great too. The location was good for us. We received complimentary spa. The spa was exceptionally good. The spa manager, Olga & Mila were amazing. Absolutely professional and worth the treatment.

We did not like the Ba Na Hills Tour operator which the hotel had provided. This was a very disappointing experience. That being said. We did give our feedback and complain about this tour to the Hotel. The hotel management were very efficient in taking action about our Tour. I would advice those who are keen to book the tours, to make sure you get good information about the tour operators who are going to provide you the service for the tour.

The stay was very good. The staff was helpful and nice!

Stayed for four nights with family! Friendly staff, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast choices! Would stay again!

Wasn’t able to use the swimming pool due to the weather. Laundry service was expensive! Replacement cost for lost room key! The kids’ play room was small/limited.

Pleasant and relaxing!

I cannot fault the facilities and services offered at this hotel. The elaborate breakfast, courteous staff and their attention to detail, proximity of the hotel to the beach and restaurants around, immaculate rooms all contributed to our pleasant experience during our stay.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time. A really warm welcome by Clara who also provided us with a lot of tips of things to do and see inside and outside the hotel. We had the in-hotel spa treatment and Gaga made easy travel arrangements for us to travel to My Son and Hoi An for the day. You can’t miss afternoon tea! Clara is there to tell you about the selection they are offering that day and while you’re there you can also plan your day with the help from all the staff who are happy to advise you. In the evening, you can return to the bar to have some easy drinks and if you’re hungry, room service is really fast. We came for some R&R and we were definitely well taken care of. Thanks to all seen and unseen staff!

Unfortunately, when it rains you cannot use the swimming pool because it is open air. So fingers crossed for good weather!

It’s not only a place to sleep and shower, but also a place to experience a heartwarming environment. From our arrival until our departure, the staff always made sure that we received an excellent service. Surely the greatest hospitality we‘ve ever encountered and one of the many reasons to return. The afternoon tea is a lovely add-on especially on rainy, windy days. The location is outstanding, you‘ll only need to cross the street to get to the beach! We highly recommend to book your stay at Monarque Hotel.

Excellent!

The best hotel in Vietnam, close to the beach. Super nice and new, the rooms are very comfortable, specially suite with a sea view is amazing. The service personal is very friendly and helpful and try to help you with all your wishes. We arrived at the typhoon day and felt us very safe in a hotel. The scooter can be rent in the hotel, the nice beach is reachable by foot. Will visit the hotel any time again!

Great value for location and comfortable

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Lobby and room were beautiful and modern. Concierge held our bags for the day after check-out while we went to Ba Na Hills. Great roof-top pool. Very nice breakfast buffet.

We did wait for what seemed in inordinate amount of time for our room after checking in, but we did unannouncedly arrive early for check in, and they provided a refreshing passionfruit juice while we waited, so consider it a wash.

Amazing hotel with great staff and breakfast

The staff was really amazing, i aw a lot of hotels but here they were the best. Especially Dorry and Clara. Besides the staff the breakfast was the best was i ever saw in vietnam.

The hotel was great, maybe as a tip: the airconditioning was to the bed, you can get a cold from it. Maybe its better to change it to a different location in the room.
